Social content for Letzipark
Support for the repositioning of Letzipark through target audience–relevant social media content
Letzipark is a well-established shopping centre in Zurich with high brand recognition.
As part of a rebranding initiative, however, it should be perceived more strongly as a modern, urban meeting place, particularly by a younger target audience.
The challenge:
For many young people, shopping centres feel more functional than inspiring. This was precisely the starting point, to recharge Letzipark's image without losing sight of existing target audiences. The goal was not to reinvent Letzipark, but to broaden its perception and remain relevant to different lifestyles and realities.



Since summer 2025, we have been conceptualising and producing weekly content for Instagram and TikTok.
This includes behind-the-scenes glimpses into daily life at Letzipark (such as technical services or back office), entertaining content in line with current social media trends, interesting facts about the shopping centre, as well as competitions and activations directly on site.
In parallel, we use targeted performance marketing to ensure the content actually reaches the right target audience.
