More visibility for shopping centers
Video content, TikTok setup and performance marketing for a strong social media presence.
FS Parker produced video content for the social media presence of select Coop shopping centers in the Eastern Switzerland Ticino region as part of a pilot project in order to raise awareness, increase visitor frequency and support sales promotion. In an initial pilot phase, a TikTok account was also launched for the Kreuzlingen Karussell shopping center and a community was gradually built up, which was addressed through creative and trend-oriented content.



Platform-appropriate content that reaches target groups
In the pilot phase, diverse content was created for Instagram and TikTok — produced both directly in the shopping centers and in our own studio. The formats ranged from roadshow applications to sales promotion measures to trend-based short videos that were authentically tailored to the target groups. Through a strategic approach and creative, easy-to-consume videos, it was possible to increase the reach of the shopping centers and build an active community.
In addition to content production, FS Parker also took over performance marketing to optimize the delivery of content and achieve maximum impact in terms of visibility, engagement and visitor frequency.
