Beauty Meets Sustainability
Holistic social media strategy for Casa Refill and its natural refill solutions.
Casa Refill is an emerging Swiss startup producing beauty and household products. The company combines traditional plant knowledge and the vibrant spirit of Mexico with Switzerland’s high standards of quality and sustainability. The goal of the collaboration is to increase Casa Refill’s brand awareness among a young, urban target audience in Switzerland. To achieve this, FS Parker conducted an analysis of the existing communication channels and developed both a comprehensive social media strategy and recommendations for optimizing the webshop. Based on this strategy, FS Parker produced target group–relevant photo and video content during several content days and distributed it through both organic and paid channels.


Development and Implementation of a Social Media Concept
For the creation of photo and video content, FS Parker handled the entire pre-production process, including the organization of models and shooting locations, as well as production and post-production. The objective was to generate as much high-quality content as possible within just a few content days to build Casa Refill’s social media presence. In addition, FS Parker produced all product images for the webshop relaunch.
For the relaunch of the social media channels, with a focus on Instagram, FS Parker developed modular social media templates that can be used flexibly. Furthermore, FS Parker managed the organic posting as well as the performance marketing as part of an ongoing content subscription.
