Employee Event with an AI Kick
Under the motto “Moving Forward” – an employee gathering full of future energy for BSH Switzerland.
Every year, FS Parker conceives and organises a very special employee event for Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte (BSH). The gathering brings management and employees together, provides space for exchange, celebrates shared achievements and strengthens motivation for upcoming challenges.
Since 2021, we have created a variety of unique experiences – from hybrid events with captivating storytelling and historical journeys, to shows with a strong visual identity, to interactive presentations that combine information and entertainment.
In 2025, the “Come Together” event took place under the motto “Moving Forward” – with a clear focus on artificial intelligence. Every element was developed using AI, making the technology not only a creative tool but also a central theme of the experience itself.
FS Parker assumes overall responsibility for these events – from strategic consulting and content development to visual design and implementation. In close collaboration with BSH Switzerland’s management, we create events that do more than inform – they inspire and leave a lasting impact on the people who experience them.
