After a multi-stage tender process, we developed a new narrative element and a cross-media image campaign for the leading Swiss retail bank.

How is recognition, competence, and a new breath of fresh air communicated with a traditional brand like Raiffeisen including products such as pensions and investments? The new communicative element with the digital location and destination fields is easy to understand and enables Raiffeisen to communicate very flexibly over the coming years. Be it in relation to the image campaign, but also to product-specific campaigns for every life situation. Always with the core message "Whatever your goal is.", Raiffeisen clears the way.

In order to introduce the theme of "pensions and investments for all" as a campaign, a total of 12 vignette spots and stories were developed showing different life situations. The diverse stories illustrate the different demands within our society, spread across many areas including education, career, family, midlife and retirement. This range defies clichés and expectations and positions Raiffeisen as an open-minded, modern bank for everyone.

The campaign has been running since the beginning of November throughout Switzerland as TVC, online video, digital OOH, OOH, as well as social media.

In spring 2023, Raiffeisen’s campaign was further expanded. Continuing with the existing footage and our narrative element of the digital location-destination fields, we created a national image campaign taking form in print, billboards, and online environments. New messages were created to communicate on the topics of investment/wealth management, member benefits, corporate clients/SMEs, and personal banking advice.
