You probably already used one of our recent branding projects and didn’t even know it... OneLog AG is the joint login service for the Swiss Digital Alliance – the federation of the largest Swiss media companies and publishing houses. Every time you log in to your favourite news site like Blick or 20 Minuten, you’ll be using OneLog. Since it’s super easy to use, we felt that the logo should be just as straightforward: One “click”, and you’re securely logged in across the board.

The joys of neutrality

The brand was developed after a multi-stage pitch where it became clear that one of the biggest challenges would be to fit them into an alliance of various media companies. Therefore we had to make sure to use elements that didn’t lean more towards one partner than another and to be as neutral as possible.

Not just a logo, but also a new name

Besides the logo and visual language, FS Parker also had to develop the name of the newly founded company in parallel. Resulting in a working process where we would figure out unique characteristics of the logo while at the same time change the word itself. The solution to that problem was to focus on an accompanying icon that could fit multiple word marks.
